Begin your journey.

Thanks for stopping by - and for your interest in joining the Fort Wayne Metals family as an intern. Our internship program has given dozens of students a meaningful, real-world experience. And in some cases, our interns have gone on to become full-time employees at Fort Wayne Metals.

As an intern, you'll contribute to making the world a better place. How exactly? You'll be supporting our mission of making products used by our customers in medical devices that are helping improve the lives of people around the world. And, of course, you'll be paid throughout your entire experience.

Our summer internship opportunities are structured to ensure you engage in relevant tasks and projects that not only expands your learning, but provides a direct impact on our day-to-day success. Building on our goal for interns to grow professionally and personally, we offer group learning activities, social events, and one-on-one sessions that help develop your greatest talents into strengths. Finally, you are part of a culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and supporting our community.

While summer is traditionally when we employ interns, we sometimes have openings during other times of the year, so please check back periodically. Summer internships are posted around winter break. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Fort Wayne Metals. If you have additional questions, please email [email protected]
