We're glad to open our doors to visitors again. Safety is always our first priority, so we have steps in place to make sure our guests and our employees remain healthy. Here's what you can expect:

  • First, check in at our main lobby at 9609 Ardmore Avenue. All guests are required to register and wear a name badge.
  • When you check in, you will be asked a few questions about how you are feeling to make sure you aren't showing symptoms of COVID-19.
  • If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, you will be asked to leave to protect others from becoming sick.
  • You'll be required to wear a mask whenever you're moving through one of our facilities, and whenever social distancing is not possible.
  • If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days following your visit, you agree to notify us so we can perform contact tracing and prevent further spread.
