タイプ1 SLT®ワイヤーを使用すれば、製造プロセスを削減し、準備時間を短縮するだけでなく、追加設備を不要にすることも可能です。 使いやすいワイヤーとして、ステープルワイヤー、編組マンドレル、歯科プローブなどによく使用され、準備時間を短縮し、追加処理の前の直線加工を不要にします。 プロセスを迅速化し、品質を損なうことなく、より短期間で製品を出荷できるようになります。

タイプ2
タイプ2 SLT®ワイヤーは、機械的直線加工を不要にして、処理時間を大幅に短縮します。 巻き跡が残らず、すぐに使用できる表面状態で提供されます。 タイプ2 SLT®ワイヤーは、二次加工でダイカストまたはらせんを調整する必要がないことから、マンドレルワイヤー、ニードルおよびステープルワイヤー、ポイントコイル、マイクロニードルなどに使用されています。

Type 3 SLT® wire eliminates the need to straighten. In spring and hard conditions, this material allows for removal of up to 90% cross-sectional area by taper grinding without requiring heat treatment. Typical applications for Type 3 SLT® wire range from micro-needles, orthodontics and suture needles, to guide wires, endoscopes, and embolic filters.

当社の最上位製品であるタイプ4 SLT®ワイヤーは、優れた1:1トルク応答性を提供し、神経血管系ガイドワイヤー、可動式PTCA、内視鏡などの精密用途で幅広く使用されています。 リップルやピッグテールを生じることなく、テーパーグラインドで95%を超える断面積を研削できるように設計されています。 状態に関わらず、直線加工や追加の熱処理を必要としません。 この卓越した研削性能とねじれ耐性により、最も条件の厳しい用途でよく使用されています。

Additional processing capabilities
No matter how you need your SLT® wire, we're here to make sure you get exactly what you want. We can supply SLT® wire in cut lengths or on a spool, and provide additional processing, such as:
- Coating to provide electrical insulation or chemical separation
- Laser ablation for adjustable coating coverage
- Mechanical assembly of crimps, fittings, and specialized parts
